Terrible Cutomer Service on the 800 Number
Getting the hearing aids was simple and well executed. Getting the batteries that are included in my coverage has taken over three months and I am STILL trying to get them to provide batteries.
Their company policy seems to be promise them right away and then do nothing to fulfill the order. One month is ample time to fulfill the order. THREE MONTHS is ridiculous.
