Outstanding customer service from Linear Logic for Scan Gauge 2...
I recently purchased a Scan Gauge 2 for our 2008 Nissan Altima in order to monitor transmission temperatures. Unfortunately, it didn't have a pre-loaded or existing X-Gauge command for Altimas any earlier than 2013. I called customer service number (888) 433-5664) and the technician answered within the 3rd ring. This person listened to my problem and said he wasn't sure but would forward my problem to their engineering department. Within 1 hour, he sent me an e-mail with all the TXD/RXF/MTH X-Gauge commands I needed. I loaded these in our device and they work perfectly. Thanks so much for the professional and prompt service. Well Done customer service!!! I will definitely buy Scan Gauge products in the future. This type of prompt and accurate response is so rare these days.
