Up to last year I was making my car payments on time but after an accident I was falling behind. I came to 3 months of no payments but they worked with me and I was able to catch up . Then this December I had missed but had arraignment to pay that amount beginning of February. Last night they repossessed my car with no call no letters no nothing. I looked at my bank statements and they never took January out at all . I have all the paperwork and proof.
