Crazy heels..Bad customer service for brand new deflective shoe
I bought my first pleaser pair of boot shoes from this German site. From the first day, I got a deflective shoe ( the heels glue fell off)
I am a beginner and I only wore it once for walking. I saw them the picture and they didn't want to refund the whole amount and they wanted to check the (brand new ) shoes and then send it back repaired.
I didn't want to wait so long for an already damaged shoe to be repaired so I tried to work out a refund. Eventually from 25% they agreed to 40% which is the minimum for a deflective brand new shoe. (I suppose that the glue was so old and the shoe that it wasn't usable but they sent it anyways)
I will not buy anything from them again and possibly not even pleaser shoes. I will try other brands and i really disliked crazy-heels customer service for such expensive products.
