Left early and didnt bring enough food

Unfortunatley Brat Bros didn't live up to the expectation we were given by their reviews. They were hired for a corporate event in which we booked for 150 x Currywurst/ Bratwurst portions from 5:30pm-10pm. The food was not terrible, but nothing special and the portion sizes were average but we didnt expect stand out food quality. Unfortunatley at 7:30pm they started to run out of food and chose not to make a team member aware, and decided to pack up early at 8:30pm and attempt to leave without notifying any of the event organisers even though they were paid until 10pm. Had they made someone aware we would have put other measures implace and gone to a local supermarket to buy more food for them to serve, as many of our guests still hadnt eaten and were hungry. After the event we reached out to them to ask for a partial refund as securtity only counted 100 people coming in to the party and there was no way possible they had served 150 + 30 spare portions as we payed for. They refused a partial refund or covering costs of the pizza we then had to order feeding our hungry guests - and denied their team leaving early and running out of food. Very dissapointing - avoid if possible.
