SJHIA markets a service in a very deceptive way. They don’t actually advocate anything for you. They submit to your insurance the same way it can submit to your insurance through any self help tool or platform. They don’t follow up with your issues nor go to bat for you in dealing with the nuances of your case that would make a big difference in how much you would get reimbursed. 10% of whatever is recovered for not doing anything above and beyond what a self help tool offers you is what you call a shady business.
