STOLE OUR MONEY

Absolutely horrible company. Did not do any services, took our money and has refused to respond and has not provided a refund.

NEVER hire Weddings Unlimited for any event. We hired them for our wedding and we had a contract for the following services:
-Cold Sparks for our grand entrance
-Grand Exit Bubbles
-Audio Guest Book
-Photo Booth

This cost about $1885. In addition, we had to pay a fire marshall a $500 fee for the cold sparks services, which was an unnecessary cost since they did not even do the cold sparks.

NONE of the services (mentioned above) were provided:
-The cold sparks did not work
-the grand exit bubbles did not happen because they forgot
-our audio guest book was not provided because they forgot that as well.
-the Photo Booth did not print and sent us pictures that were blacked out.

Our wedding planner sent them an email and let them know they breached their contract and did not provide any services - no response.

Me and wife called to let them know - nobody called us back. We emailed and communicated with the following people:
-Dorothy (Director of Operations/Planning)
-Xavier
-Emmy
-Michael

We emailed and called many times only to be told to contact someone else and then when that didn’t work they gave us another contact, Xavier. We were told he was going through the former presidents books and notes, and we have followed up and have been waiting for our refund for over 3 months. I reached out to finally let the know that was extremely unprofessional to take our money, breach our contract and not do any services and then not even respond or acknowledge.

This company does know how to take any ownership or acknowledgement for mistakes. The lack of responses and the vague (if any) is a reflection that they have the wrong people in their department.

My last response was requesting who they all report to and they didn’t respond.
