Bad experience

Unfortunately, I will be writing about my disappointments. I wish I could write that I received excellent service.
I own a private clinic in London. For the products for which I paid the full price in November 2023, the delivery date was changed several times and the delivery of the products was postponed. And this made me very sad.
I chose this company over a company in England because it was a company in Germany and we had worked with it before. But it was a very bad experience for me.
In the last e-mail I received, I was informed that it would be shipped on January 26. However, on the phone, I was told again that the products were not ready. It has been postponed to an indefinite date.
The saddest thing is that I can only get information when I call. The company does not fulfill its responsibility. And they don't even bother to explain it to me.
I give it 2 stars for the sake of its kind staff. Otherwise I'm having a terrible experience.
