Neglect and unprofessionalism

Haus Block are managing agents for my daughter's flat at Gascoigne Close, London, N17 and have failed to complete appropriate repair works to the building that were first raised with them in 2022. The ingress of water has resulted in her losing one tenant, and she is now on the verge of losing a second. Buckets have to be kept in the affected room to catch the water leaking through the ceiling from a faulty external balcony. And now there is a build up of mould. Our next step is to contact the Ombudsman and take separate legal advice for compensation. Haus's website is full of glowing promises: 'Better management guaranteed' is one of them. But while their correspondence so far has been 'wordy' those words have been full of empty promises, and the cause of significant psychological and emotional distress. The company does not even deserve the one star I've given to this review, based on our experience.

Perhaps Haus might come out better as far as their property owning clients are concerned, but as a resident of one of those properties my daughter has experienced only delays, and pathetic excuses. Who gets a single quote for work?! You get three at once... not take 6 months getting one at a time. The management are guilty of neglect and unprofessionalism.
