Zero Stars ...
I would give PAK Medical, an Innovacare healthcare provider in New Braunfels, TX, a ZERO if that rating was available. My family of 3 used their services for over two years. The clinicians were good, but once you left the office you were forgotten. Phone calls were not returned, prescriptions were not sent, test results were unavailable, etc. This put my elderly diabetic mother at great risk. We left their practice more than a month ago and have sent numerous faxes, emails and phone appeals for our healthcare records, as have our new physicians, but they will not release our records. We are now filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.
