This insurance is a scam. Do not pay for it because you will not get a refund. I took this insurance out on tickets to a concert in a valley-based city that is approximately an hour from where I live on a mountain. Hazardous winter weather hit our area a couple days prior to the concert, resulting in roads down the mountain I live on being closed. I sent them numerous reports of the hazardous road conditions and the closures. They basically replied in the denial letter that the only way to get a refund was to attempt to drive through the road closures and into the hazardous conditions. If I had a wreck doing so and submitted a report from the authorities assisting, a refund would be considered. Yelp, you read that right! I even spoke to the venue about the refund denial and they felt I should have gotten the refund.
