This company has been incapable of providing a good service since the moment we entered a contract with them. We have complained multiple times regarding the extremely low standard of cleaning, and despite being promised that it will improve, it does not. The quality of cleaning dropped even further due to their inability to keep staff, leaving us with one cleaner for three months, with no change in payments therefore being overcharged for services that weren’t being provided, as the building is too large for one person to clean. Once another member of staff was hired, they were regularly late or would not turn up at all, but we were again being charged in full.
We also know of other businesses who were unhappy with Glenn’s inability to provide an acceptable level of cleaning. We have given them ample opportunity to rectify the low quality of cleaning and to improve their services, including delaying our wish to terminate the contract to no avail. Very disappointed as we were promised exceptional services and we have had nothing but dishonest and dismissive behaviour in return.
