My girlfriend (who has very basic taxes) recommended berg services to me for my small business accounting and tax services. What a mistake that was! I paid for her services m ainly to get caught up on taxes. I was paying for quick books through her company and wanted to see what she was inputting that cost so much money. Every time I turned around she wanted more money to (up front), find out that some of her charges that were a minimum of $65.00, I could have done in 30 seconds. I never did get into my quick books account because she would not show me how to. Also, very hard to get ahold of. When paying thousands of dollars for her services I would expect Top notch customer service. Did not get that.
