Company failed to do a Municipal Lien Search
This company did my son's closing on 1/24/2018 and they failed to do a Municipal Lien Search. Now, my son just discovered the unpaid water bill. Unfortunately, title insurance does not cover it, so the bill has to be paid. This title company should be liable for their irresponsibility and incompetence.
