The worst public transportation service I experienced

I arrived at the station early to avoid delays. I was told by an attendant to come to the pick-up point, and although I was a little surprised at the early departure, I made my way to the bus. After a bit of communication, I realized that this wasn't the bus I was going to get on, but the attendant then "reminded" me, in a very very very passive-aggressive tone of voice, that "the bus to xxx is at xx:xx, OkAy?!" The last "OkAy?!" is particularly offensive in a disgusted, impatient and whiny way, as if I've made the worst mistake simply by arriving early. Even if I was misremembering the time, I didn't give her a lot of trouble (she just asked me to come to the bus and it didn't delay the bus because someone came after me and boarded), and the experience was so depressing and unpleasant that I would have liked a reasonable retraction of such remarks and an apology.
