Never purchase kitchen appliab
The Carr Group delivered 4 kitchen appliances we had purchased at Home Depot in Duncan, BC in Dec 2023. It was a rainy day and they refused to remove their boots when they came into the house so they created a muddy mess on our brand new laminate floors that had just been installed the previous week. One of the delivery guys dropped the range and then spun it around on the floor which damaged our new floor. They then placed the microwave on top of the damage so we wouldn’t see it. After they left, we moved the microwave and saw the damage so we immediately contact the Carr Group. Without even knowing who we were or our address the manager said he was too busy to deal with us and said since we had signed their delivery receipt they wouldn’t entertain any claim. We contacted Home Depot but they just said it was the delivery companies responsibility. We will never buy appliances from Home Depot again and any time we have any 3rd party delivery we’ll make sure it’s not the Carr Group. Warning, don’t use the Carr Group they’re very unprofessional and refuse to take any responsibility for damage they cause.
