Had a job done, just 8 weeks after despite me asking for extra time for cashflow reasons issued a county court claim for £330! Unlike all my other creditors they had zero understanding and very aggressive in their actions. They have been paid in full now but would def not recommend due to the attitude of the accounts manager.
