I ordered an air purifier, which they beforehand promised would arrive in two days. On the delivery day itself, they promised to deliver the product between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
Around 15.30pm, I contacted them that the product had not been received. They replied that now, suddenly, the product will be delivered in two days.
