New Trailer and Recent Service
I bought a tandem axle 6' x 14' utility trailer from Action Trailers in 2021 and I am very pleased with the trailer and the service. The trailer was ready on time and when I picked it up there was someone there to help me connect it to my truck (you need a very low trailer hitch for this).
I use the trailer mainly to transport my Kubota BX tractor that has a loader and backhoe on it. I also have used it to get gravel, earth, river stone, interlock, and so on and I never have had a problem (I don't load it with more than 4,000lbs). The quality of the trailer is very good.
The service since I bought it has been great too. I inquired about the type of grease to use for the hubs and I received a response the same day. I also recently asked where I could get a new center hub cap because I broke mine off a few weeks ago. They simply sent me another one no charge.
When I bought the trailer I saw a few reviews regarding delivery times and services that were a bit concerning but I have never had any problems with Action Trailers and would highly recommend them.
