Warmington is not a green company. They used compressed chemically treated wood for framing. They work their laborers six days a week all day who blaze through these structures. They're definitely not built of quality products or construction and labor. Warmington disrupts tightly knit residential neighborhoods inconsiderately invading and ruining them. If I were to spend over 1 million on a home it wouldn't be within a condo project where there's zero land. In addition, there's no grocery store or decent downtown in this community.
The approval of this development is a Los Angeles county planning department experiment imposed by Sacramento.
