Excellent product terrible customer support experience. I placed an order and the next day they were 20% off. I called on the chance they would do a price adustment. Doesn't hurt to ask. The rep I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. I understand policy is not to do an adjustment but he didn't need to be arrogant and rude when telling me the policy. Will order from Amazon next time and not direct from the company.
