Very bad customer service. I asked and payed for my order to be wrapped as a gift. I recieved it without any wrapping and am now trying to get my money back for the wrapping I never received. This seems to be very hard though, since I’ve been asking for my money back for over a month now.
Also, when my daughter was born, I received a present from a friend who received a wrong order which we only found out when I opened the present. We got several presents from an entire different city than what he ordered.
In addition to that, their advertisement is misleading; they say they are having a sale because the company is going out of business, which is entirely not the case.
