Customer service sucks! If they cannot provide you a resolution, they just going to drop the call without giving a return call. I experienced this kind of service thrice with reps named Allan, Don and Sam. Until now my concern was not properly addressed. No follow through, I need to contact them day by day to have an update! I called them for updates as I am not receiving any updates via CIMB app even I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
