My review of Alabama pain Physicians Clinic located in Bessemer, AL. is they try to pressure you into a back procedure that you're not comfortable with sticking a six inch long needle in the middle lower part of your back is not what I came to them for, no therapy no other recommendations were suggested to me I considered my physician not to be very knowledgeable and rude. I'm sure there are better staffed pain clinics out there to be considered.
