bad service for people with disabilities....

terrible bad service for people with disabilities. we called them two days ago because my father arrived today in Brussels airport.the trains are not accessible for people with disabilities and they should put a ramp. he has a wheelchair because he cant walk but my husband was there to help him. he arrived at 1pm and the next available train for him is at 3. he waits in the train station for about one hour and a half. there are trains for gent but not for him. because there are a lot of people with disabilities because of the day. people with disabilities are not different from other people and should have the same services like all the other. shame of sncb to behaves like that.
