Never book through ZINGBUS
I have been traveling for a while and never faced such an issue, I booked a bus through zingbus from Mussoorie to Delhi and the booked seat wasn't given even though I paid extra for the seat I booked and when asked to change my seat to the one I asked, the bus driver and marshal started behaving aggressively. Moreover there's no contact point for any customer care service, they only have email and WhatsApp for contact which is useless as both don't work at all. I have spent almost the entire trip trying to contact them and it's useless and their response time is worse than a sloth crossing a road.
Even if you face any safety issues or any emergency you won't be able to contact anyone. So use other services but not ZINGBUS ever in your life. I faced an minor issue but if you ever face any serious issues or harassment, you'll never be able to contact anyone so stay away from this app.
