I am a 20 year Massachusetts Builder and Mechanical Engineer. After my company spent 2 years developing a new industrial building in Beverly, Steve Ross / QS Private Lending is trying to screw my company out of a 1.0 million dollars of sale proceeds, and now we are involved with lawsuit to try to collect our hard earned money. I have tried many times to sit down with Steve to try to resolve this issue like Gentlemen however Steve will not meet or discuss any information.
