Horrible company to do business with! Trying to get in touch with them is like trying to herd cats. They don't respond to emails, have a minimum of 20-minute wait time for phone calls, and when you finally get someone on the phone, they hang up. They aren't willing to work with struggling homeowners, and their borrower assistance process is a complete joke! I reached out to them in mid-September and followed up with them numerous times. I still haven't heard from anyone, and now my home is scheduled for foreclosure sale in late November
