The user interface is beautiful, but that's only the start. The customer support, the onboarding, and the customization are what really set Athelas apart - they actually listen to us. As a practice owner, it was a very difficult choice with so many good EMRs in the PT space, but our experience with Athelas is that it works exactly as described during the sales process. Our therapists love documenting in Air and we use Insights to chase down claims with ease and efficiency. I cannot thank Connor, Ritwik, Eric, and the rest of the Athelas team enough.
