Is public humiliation part of the Company's policy?
I’m ex Chief Officer of m/v Westwood Olympia from 25/09/2025 till 22/11/2025. My name is Oleksandr Trubitsyn. The Captain of this vessel tried to humiliate me publicly. He started shouting at me in the presence of the bosun. I was forced to terminate my contract. I have informed clearly two persons in charge about this situation. Until now no investigation, no actions, nothing. The Swire Company declares high standard of management, as anti-corruption, antiharassment, antibullying policy, ets. Why the Company keeping silence? Is public humiliation part of the Company's policy?
