Lack of care and poor customer service after the sale! Half Sleeve
I recently had my half‑sleeve tattoo refreshed and touched up by Jimmy Vegas at Infamous Tattoos on Charleston AFB, SC. Before starting, I scheduled the appointment and signed an agreement outlining the price, two tattoo sessions, and a follow‑up touch‑up appointment after a 60‑day healing period.
The two main sessions were completed without any issues, and I paid in full—plus an additional $100 tip. I was told to call or stop by after 60 days to schedule the touch‑up.
Once the healing period passed, I reached out to Jimmy to set a date and time. He replied once, saying he would get back to me by the end of the week. Since then, I’ve contacted him three more times by text and twice by phone with no response at all. It's been over 3 weeks now!!!
The work itself was fine, but the complete lack of follow‑through and customer service afterward has been extremely disappointing. They’ll get you in the door and take your money, but there’s zero support once the sale is done.
