Ordered a petrified wood for my birthday. No shipment details for about 4 days. Contacted customer service and came to find out the piece I ordered was sold. (Fun fact - you can still order this no longer available slab now, catalog # SKU: PWT1400.010 shown as the slab with all black top)
They offered a substitute without telling me the dimension, needing me to inspect the tiny sticker shown on the listing photo (side by side photo with black rim and beige center.
Emailed back to confirm the dimensions. No reply for another 2 days. I called directly and their staff said that the link which showed the substitute slab was not the one they meant to offer. They revised the link and ask me check again, which became a slab that has much less color contrast (photo showing single product with has much less color contrast).
No present for me. So, beware and be warned if you want a special piece for yourself or your love ones.
