Please do not do business with this company, their website is from the dinosaur Era, everytime I log on there is "system issues" when I emailed their tech support last week I still haven't received a response. Today I found out the extra payment I tried making on Wed, Thursday, went through, even though I didn't get confirmation. Then the rep Charlie has the odasity to ask me why I didn't call them to verify the payment went through. Wow I didn't know I had to do that when they are having system issues and no confirmation came. Then I made paymnt on Friday, now I'm getting charged 2x's. When I asked if I was going to get reimbursed for overdraft fees they said no. Could you believe that I have to pay for their mistakes. No accountability and no body to solve the problem. Please don't do business with them. If I could give a 0 I would.
