Big disappointment
Was excited about having my tile floors cleaned and sealed, but the experience with Elysium services was mixed. I was not told the grout could not be sealed the same day, though the reasoning made sense since it had to dry first. I was led to expect two techs when only one showed up. Communication was sparse after I paid 60% upfront, and I was never told the job would be outsourced to a contractor who was only quoted 40% of total by Elysium. Michael, my initial contact, disappeared after payment with no follow-up or instructions, leaving me hoping the tech takes pride in his work since the results are all that matter now.
