www.Muckrock.com Review
I was disappointed by the company’s approach to managing requests, particularly what I experienced as an unbalanced level of micromanagement and restrictions on search-engine visibility. These practices raised concerns for me about whether such controls could potentially have antitrust implications.
As a site intended to support Freedom of Information and public access, I was especially surprised to witness what felt like censorship and suppression firsthand. That experience was at odds with the principles I expected the organization to uphold.
Customer service could also be significantly improved. More transparency, consistency, and openness in handling requests would go a long way toward building trust with users.
