To be honest, I had a pretty disappointing experience overall. That said, I’m glad things were eventually resolved. Stex shut down my account and transferred everything to stex.ltd. After following their instructions, I was able to regain access and successfully withdraw my funds. While I’m relieved to have gotten my money back, the experience has left me hesitant to use the exchange for now.
