We collaborated with Bioascent for over five years
We collaborated with Bioascent for over five years. As a CRO service, they were generally fair; the experience soured significantly at the end, especially when requesting scientific explanations. They messed it badly. As a compound vault, they are okay; however, when we needed to terminate the contract and recover our compounds, they quoted us a $10k just to handle it, and the accounting problems we ran into—where a payment landed on an older account—were brushed aside with impressive ease. Looking back, I would avoid doing business with them.
