Corporate Office issuses
As For dealing with Dr. Brenner, Jefferson, La location great. Issue I had with GI corporate.
i believe scramming older folks to get them to agree to follow up quarterly calls. I was told there was no charge to me. Then after second call received $80 bill. When I called billing said was copay. Told them I was told it was no charge and to have a supervisor are manager call me. Still haven't recd call. 2 weeks ago had to get 2 units of blood and was told by my primary to follow up with gastrologist. Called and was informed had to pay before could schedule appointment.
