I promoted my art for a full year before my big website launch. I got everything ready and paid and posted my launch two days later. Nobody got to see my page, because it was down the day of the launch. I tried to contact service with their 24/7 support and have not gotten any response. It is supposed to be $8 a month. I was charged a second time within three days. When I paid the second monthly fee in three days, my site was up for about 10 minutes before it was down again. This has destroyed a years worth of promotional work and customer service has been entirely unresponsive. I strongly do not recommend this to any artist who actually takes their work seriously.
