wrong item- wrong size recieved- which was not value for money- no contact details- fake emails on website
I ordered two women's trousers (XS-28) worth ₹1,093.54, but instead received a single olive green cargo/jeans pant in size 40, which was completely different from what I ordered.
I paid the full amount, but the wrong product was delivered. I also tried contacting the company using the email address provided on their website, but my emails bounced back because the address was invalid. This made it impossible to reach customer support through the contact details they provided.
I have photos of the received product, the packaging, and the order details as evidence. I hope the company resolves this issue by replacing the correct items or issuing a full refund.
Based on my experience, I would advise buyers to be cautious and verify the seller's customer support before placing an order.
