I did all four rounds of my IVF at the Lister, travelling over an hour each way, often 3-4 times a week with visits lasting 2-5 hours. Despite the long days, I always felt genuinely well looked after. Every single person — doctors, nurses, scanning team, admin, finance, cleaners — was fantastic, and I came away in happy tears more times than I can count. My consultant, Khalil, was incredibly thoughtful, even taking my case to monthly team meetings to find answers when things weren’t working. Special thanks to Liz on the scanning team, who brightened my day every time I came in. It took longer than I hoped, but I got there in the end. Highly recommend.
