I caution everyone to get in writing what you expect, I believe our deck was
made with second grade lumber, the railings are dangerous and only have one
screw holding them up, they use a nail gun instead of screws, the stairs are held
up by a block of wood, and have cost me a $170,00 vet bill because the dog fell
through them because the are open with no backing, When we called they told us what to go and buy and how to fix them, Its one month old and the floor is starting
to crack and split and was made from fence slats and not wood meant for the
floors of decks, NOT HAPPY
