My experience with STEX.ltd was satisfactory overall. The support team was courteous and provided clear guidance whenever I had questions. They made an effort to keep me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated.
However, the resolution took longer than I had hoped, and there were a few delays that made the experience less convenient. Although my issue was eventually resolved, I believe the process could be faster and more streamlined.
Overall, STEX.ltd offers decent customer support and follows through on resolving issues, but there is still room for improvement.
