My experience with the KiwiCoin Exchange support team was satisfactory overall. I contacted them because I needed assistance with my account, and while it took some time to receive a response, the support agent was courteous and explained everything in a clear and respectful way. My issue was eventually resolved, although I believe the process could have been handled more efficiently. I appreciate the help I received, but there is still room for improvement in response time and communication.
