I had a mixed experience with BitForex, so I think a 3-star rating is fair. The platform offers a decent range of cryptocurrencies and the interface is fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it. Trading itself worked without major issues, and the fees seemed reasonable.
However, there were also some downsides. Customer support was slower than I expected when I needed assistance, and the withdrawal process took longer than anticipated, which was frustrating. Communication during the delay could have been much better.
Overall, BitForex has some useful features and potential, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in customer support and withdrawal processing. If these issues are addressed, it could provide a much better user experience.
