My experience with hoo.ltd was mixed. On the positive side, I was eventually able to regain access to my account after completing the required verification process. The support team responded to my questions and provided instructions that helped me through the process.
However, the overall experience took longer than I expected. Some steps were confusing at first, and I had to wait for updates before everything was resolved. While the issue was eventually fixed and I was able to access my account again, the process could have been smoother and faster.
Overall, hoo.ltd delivered a solution in the end, but there is definitely room for improvement in communication and processing times
