For a while, I honestly thought the problem might never be fixed. That’s why I was genuinely relieved when hoo.ltd resolved the issue and I was able to regain access to my account and withdraw my funds. It was a lengthy process, but I’m glad the affected users were eventually given a way to recover their accounts and access their money.
