My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing, and I truly regret choosing to have my surgery here.
I underwent breast augmentation combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) on only one breast. The final result was far from what I expected. The nipple on the operated breast was positioned much higher than the nipple on the other breast, which did not undergo a breast lift. As a result, my nipple is visible through many clothes, swimsuits, and bras, causing me significant aesthetic discomfort and emotional distress.
After the surgery, I sought independent opinions from several plastic surgeons in Italy. According to their professional evaluations, too much skin was removed from the upper part of my breast during the operation, causing the nipple to be positioned excessively high. They also explained that although the problem can be corrected, the revision surgery is now much more difficult because of what was done during the first operation.
When I contacted the clinic to seek a solution, I was asked to return to Albania at my own expense, even though I live in Italy. I paid for my flights, accommodation, and travel just to attend a consultation that lasted approximately 10 minutes. After all that, I was simply told that I would have to pay for the corrective surgery myself, along with all the related expenses, without the clinic taking any responsibility for the outcome of the original procedure.
I felt completely abandoned as a patient. After spending thousands of euros and placing my trust in this clinic, I expected professional post-operative care and a genuine willingness to help resolve the problem. Instead, I returned home with the same issue, after spending even more money, without receiving any meaningful assistance.
My experience has been deeply negative, and I would not recommend this clinic, especially to international patients who expect reliable post-operative care and support after surgery.
