I work at DeYarman CDJR in Ames. I am a newer receptionist with a lot of questions. Emily has been so helpful and easy to work with trying to get things set up, fix the phone side bar with all the correct extensions. Emily took the time to reach out to make sure our new sales person had a working phone and everything. I am truly grateful for Carrier Access IT and Emily. My job is so much easier and I can do it with more confidence knowing I have a capable company helping me with quick response time.
