First time patient was told I needed to schedule blood work
First time patient was told I needed to schedule blood work. The office staff member gave me the option of having the blood work at the office or LabCorp. What I wasn't told was that I would be charged $25.00 to have the work done at their office versus the LabCorp office at no charge. After 30 days of hearing nothing from the office, I had to call for my results. Waited another (3) days before getting a call about the results. Then found out the results were incomplete and had to re-schedule another appointment for the complete results. When I called to question the $25.00 charge, was told it was a convenience fee for having the blood work at their office. The office has horrible communication and provides no explanation for any of the services. Will not be a repeat customer!
